This Privacy Policy describes how Driveline collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, digital retail tools, buyer checkout flows, and related services made available directly by Driveline or through affiliated and customer dealerships.
Depending on the product flow you use, we may collect identity and contact data (such as name, email, and phone), account and authentication data, vehicle interest and browsing activity, test-drive and appointment requests, trade-in information, buyer and checkout information (including address and date of birth where provided), finance preferences, package and protection selections, communications, and device, browser, and usage telemetry.
We use information to operate and improve our platform, personalize and secure user experiences, support dealership workflows, process and route buyer requests, provide customer support, detect fraud, maintain records, monitor service performance, and deliver or measure marketing and advertising activity where permitted by law.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how users interact with our websites and product experiences through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Website usage data may be collected through first-party and third-party cookies and similar tracking technologies to evaluate feature adoption, measure service quality, improve security, optimize site performance, and support marketing and advertising.
For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data, please review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We may share information with: (1) affiliated or customer dealerships and dealer groups using Driveline; (2) vendors that provide cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, customer support, and security services; (3) advertising and measurement partners; (4) transaction, financing, or operational partners involved in requested services; and (5) legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
Driveline provides software and workflow infrastructure for affiliated and customer dealerships. In many cases, dealerships independently determine how to use buyer and transaction information within their sales and compliance processes. Where a dealership is the appropriate party to respond to your request, we may direct you to that dealership.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. We retain data for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes, contractual commitments, legal and compliance obligations, dispute resolution, and security monitoring, after which it is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated where practical.
You may control some cookie and tracking behavior through browser settings and device controls. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing. To submit a request, contact us using the details below.
Our services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
