Your Dealership · Legal
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This policy applies to the Your Dealership website. Your Dealership operates this site using Driveline, the dealership platform that provides the website, online shopping, and lead handling technology. Your Dealership decides what customer information is collected here and how it is used. Driveline processes that information on the dealership's behalf as its service provider.
We collect the details you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, and anything else you enter into a form such as a test drive request, appointment booking, trade-in enquiry, financing application, or message to our team. If you buy or reserve a vehicle online we also collect the information needed to complete that transaction.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links. See our Cookie Policy for how cookies and similar technologies are used and how to control them.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, book and confirm appointments, prepare quotes and financing options, complete a purchase, provide customer service and warranty support, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve this website.
If you have given consent, we may also send you marketing messages about vehicles, offers, and dealership news. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.
We share your information with Driveline as our website and customer platform provider, and with service providers that help us operate, including hosting, email and messaging delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Where you apply for financing or insurance, we share what is needed with the lenders, finance partners, credit bureaus, and aftermarket providers involved in your application. Where a vehicle is supplied or serviced under a manufacturer program, we may share information with that manufacturer.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your information is stored on servers operated by our providers and may be processed outside your province or country, where it can be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. To make a request, contact Your Dealership at veer@trydriveline.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable privacy law. Some requests may affect our ability to continue serving you, and we will tell you if that is the case.
This website is intended for adults who can enter into a vehicle transaction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change, and the revised date at the top of the page will reflect that. For any privacy question or request, contact Your Dealership at veer@trydriveline.com.
