By accessing or using Driveline services—including websites, white-labeled dealership experiences hosted on our platform, and AI tools such as Axel—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.
Driveline provides software, digital retail tooling, and workflow infrastructure for affiliated and customer dealerships. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Driveline is not the seller of vehicles, not a lender, and not the party making final dealership transaction decisions.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable law, and use the services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for independently confirming all material transaction details with the applicable dealership before relying on them. Do not submit sensitive information (such as SIN, government ID numbers, full payment card details, health information, or passwords) into chat or forms unless a specific secure flow expressly requests that information.
Axel and other AI features generate informational assistance only. Outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They do not constitute professional, legal, tax, or financial advice; credit approval; appraisal commitments; reservations; or binding offers. Dealership staff must confirm availability, pricing, condition, incentives, taxes, fees, financing, and other material terms. Driveline and participating dealerships are not responsible for decisions made solely from chatbot or automated estimator output.
Vehicle listings, photos, mileage, condition, specifications, incentives, taxes, fees, payment estimates, finance or lease terms, package pricing, availability, and other details may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subject to change. Final terms must be confirmed directly with the applicable dealership.
Trade-in estimator outputs, including AI-generated or automated values, are estimates only. They are not guaranteed offers and may differ from final dealership appraisal after inspection, market review, lien/title checks, accident history review, and dealership standards.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing by the applicable dealership or financing provider, online estimates, calculators, checkout flows, AI responses, and submissions are informational only and do not constitute binding offers, credit approvals, appraisal commitments, reservations, or final transaction documents.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the services at any time. Driveline and participating dealerships may also update product features and availability without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driveline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from dealership pricing, availability, inventory accuracy, financing outcomes, trade-in appraisal differences, AI output reliance, or other third-party dealership actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Ontario or Canada.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
