Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Driveline services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

Platform Scope

Driveline provides software, digital retail tooling, and workflow infrastructure for affiliated and customer dealerships. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Driveline is not the seller of vehicles, not a lender, and not the party making final dealership transaction decisions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable law, and use the services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for independently confirming all material transaction details with the applicable dealership before relying on them.

Accuracy, Availability, and Dealership Confirmation

Vehicle listings, photos, mileage, condition, specifications, incentives, taxes, fees, payment estimates, finance or lease terms, package pricing, availability, and other details may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subject to change. Final terms must be confirmed directly with the applicable dealership.

Trade-in estimator outputs, including AI-generated or automated values, are estimates only. They are not guaranteed offers and may differ from final dealership appraisal after inspection, market review, lien/title checks, accident history review, and dealership standards.

No Binding Offer

Unless expressly confirmed in writing by the applicable dealership or financing provider, online estimates, calculators, checkout flows, and submissions are informational only and do not constitute binding offers, credit approvals, appraisal commitments, reservations, or final transaction documents.

Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the services at any time. Driveline and participating dealerships may also update product features and availability without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driveline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from dealership pricing, availability, inventory accuracy, financing outcomes, trade-in appraisal differences, or other third-party dealership actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
